By accessing our website or using any Alimey Express service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and registered users of Alimey Express Sdn. Bhd. ("Alimey Express", "we", "our", "us").

Alimey Express provides freight forwarding, logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, and related services. Specific services, pricing, transit times, and coverage areas are subject to separate quotations and service agreements.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

All quotes provided through our website or by our team are:

•Valid for 7 calendar days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

•Subject to change based on carrier rate fluctuations, fuel surcharges, and exchange rates.

•Exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, port fees, and customs charges unless explicitly included.

Final charges may differ from estimates if the actual shipment dimensions, weight, or nature of goods differ from the information provided.

You agree to:

•Provide accurate and complete information about your shipment, including true description, weight, dimensions, and value of goods.

•Ensure all goods comply with applicable import/export regulations of the origin and destination countries.

•Obtain all necessary permits, licences, and documentation prior to shipment.

•Not ship prohibited, restricted, or hazardous materials without prior written authorisation.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided. Alimey Express is not liable for delays, penalties, or losses arising from inaccurate declarations.

The following goods are strictly prohibited:

•Illegal drugs and narcotics.

•Weapons, ammunition, and explosives.

•Counterfeit or pirated goods.

•Live animals (unless expressly arranged and licensed).

•Human remains or body parts.

•Goods that violate any applicable law or regulation.

Alimey Express reserves the right to refuse or stop any shipment suspected of containing prohibited items and to report such instances to the relevant authorities.

Our liability for loss, damage, or delay is limited to the lesser of:

•The actual proven loss or damage; or

•The standard carrier liability as set out in the applicable transport convention (e.g., Warsaw Convention for air freight, Hague-Visby Rules for sea freight).

We are not liable for:

•Indirect, consequential, or special damages.

•Loss of profit, business, or revenue.

•Delays caused by force majeure events including weather, natural disasters, labour disputes, government actions, or pandemics.

•Losses arising from improper packaging by the shipper.

We strongly recommend all customers obtain adequate cargo insurance for their shipments.

Alimey Express can arrange cargo insurance on your behalf upon request. Insurance premiums and coverage terms will be detailed in a separate agreement. It is the customer's responsibility to request insurance prior to shipment; we are not liable for uninsured losses.

Payment is due as specified in your invoice or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

•Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.

•Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.

•We reserve the right to withhold delivery or release of goods until outstanding amounts are settled.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Alimey Express or its content suppliers and is protected by Malaysian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
